My 20-minute pronunciation consultation is provided free of charge and without obligation on either side to continue with further instruction. I reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time and without giving notice. If this is necessary I will inform you as soon as I am able to do so.
Payment for my one hour pronunciation lessons must be made through PayPal at the time of booking. Once a booking has been made, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, as I will be preparing in advance of your lesson, but bookings may be rescheduled by mutual agreement. I reserve the right to cancel bookings for any reason. If I have to cancel a lesson, I will inform you as soon as I am able to do so and your payment will be refunded in full within 24 hours.
